Shipping

We use UPS ground in shipping unless specifically requested that we use an alternative-shipping source.

Rates are dependant upon size, weight and shipping destination.

Expedited shipping is available, however if you feel this is the option you need, we ask that you call and speak to a Team Member to insure accurate shipping instructions and rates involved. Due to availability of product, this will alleviate any confusion.

Returns 

A cash refund or credit card refund can be obtained only by the purchaser when merchandise is return within 30 days of purchase in original box with a copy of the sales slip. Item must include all original tags, packing, and/or instructions. Note that gift returns are only eligible for store credit. A store credit will be issued for the unused merchandise when returned in original box. There are no refunds on shipping charges to or from the store. Personalized, import only, or special-order merchandise are non-returnable items.
